Everything we make is made-to-order.

We strive to craft flavors, colors, and shapes that complement your event theme or décor from that certain shade of blue you need to custom flavors such as mix and matching and sweetness level. We look forward to making your special moments a little bit sweeter.

Please keep in mind, we have a $150 minimum per custom order.

We do not take orders the week of. Our calendar is filled up 2-3 weeks out. Please get your order in early to make it on our calendar and avoid disappointment on both ends!

ORDER PROCESS: 

  • Download Menu and decide on your desired items

  • Submit via the contact page OR email hello@winkbyerica.com with order, quantities, and inspiration photos. It's okay if you don't have any design ideas, we're happy to work with you on that.

  • We will send you a quote for your review and changes.

  • After you approve a quote, an invoice will be sent where you can pay by card online , Venmo, Zelle or via Bank Transfer. Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • Your order will be placed on the baking calendar and you're good to go.

DELIVERY:
1) Pick up at 6104 San Felipe St. to be arranged. Confirmed customers can schedule pick up at: pickup.winkbyerica.com
2) Delivery for an additional fee

PAYMENT:
Cash, Venmo, Quickpay or Credit accepted. We do not take Paypal or Checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
2 week notice - full refund
1 week notice - 75% refund
3 day notice - 50% refund
Less than 3 days - 0% refund
